Projects
Carl uses his work as a means to assist and support many charities and fund raising causes. ''My involvement began several years ago when my work was selected for the National Portfolio with Ducks Unlimited Canada''. Carl has received this award a total of five times, and his art prints that are distributed nationally by Ducks Unlimited, have helped in raising substantial financial funds to assist in the conservation of our environment. ''When I witnessed the success that my work brought to this project, it became important for me to give back to those who support what I do'' The list has evolved substantially, and includes many worth while, and important causes: Canadian Breast Cancer Society, Braefoot Youth Center, Canadian Professional Golf Association, Inner Vision Recovery Center, Rotary Club, Hospice Society, B.C. Guide Dog Services, Multiple Sclerosis, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Ducks Unlimited. "There are so many important social, and environmental issues that need help. I am grateful that by sharing the fruits of my talent, wonderful things happen."
